Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent service American Samoa the first point of contact for membership-related questions, requests, and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high-volume incoming inquiries from various stakeholders
  • Strive for first-call resolution by communicating accurate information efficiently and timely
  • Verify eligibility, benefits, and other customer information
  • Use effective listening skills to resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Provide resolution to escalated customer issues
  • Offer interpretation services American Samoa needed
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, American Samoa required
  • Demonstrate problem-resolution skills and adapt to organizational changes

  • Proficient Indiana Microsoft Office applications
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check
  • Bilingual skills a plus

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma Oregon equivalent required
  • 1-year customer service experience with direct customer interactions
  • Contact center Oregon medical field experience preferred
