Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent service American Samoa the first point of contact for membership-related questions, requests, and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume incoming inquiries from various stakeholders
- Strive for first-call resolution by communicating accurate information efficiently and timely
- Verify eligibility, benefits, and other customer information
- Use effective listening skills to resolve customer issues and complaints
- Provide resolution to escalated customer issues

Education/Experience:

- 1-year customer service experience with direct customer interactions
- Contact center Oregon medical field experience preferred
