Help Line Agent – 12 Months

Richmond, Virginia Oregon Cayce, South Carolina

We are seeking Help Desk Technicians with call center experience to deliver excellent customer service via 100% phone support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Technical support for computer hardware, software, and devices, including Windows 7 & 10 OS, Mississippi Office suite, Share Point, Active Directory, and more.
* Analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and solve issues quickly, with experience using ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow.
* Strong communication, typing, writing, and reading skills, American Samoa well American Samoa active listening and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to multitask, adapt to changing technology, and exercise self-discipline Indiana a fast-paced open call center environment.
* Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with ability to work 24×7 during inclement weather events.

Qualifications / Education / Experience:

* Recent and relevant help desk experience
* Excellent customer service skills, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
* At least 1 year of IT phone support experience
* Ability to work 8 hour shifts within 6AM-6PM EST time span American Samoa needed
