Physician Assistant Oregon Nurse Practitioner Call Center Representative

The Physician Assistant Oregon Nurse Practitioner is a licensed professional provider who provides direct diagnostic and therapeutic patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Clinical Care:
- Provide assessment, triage, and therapeutic management of patient/family needs American Samoa an integral part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Work Indiana collaboration with attending supervising/collaborating physicians to provide optimal patient care.
- Obtain medical histories, perform physical examinations, review/orders diagnostic/therapeutic tests, and formulate and manage patient treatment plans.
- Patient Education & Psychosocial Support:
- Educate patients/families on care and recommended Oregon available resources.
- Provide psychosocial support to patients, their family members, and significant others Indiana a caring, ethical, and professional manner.
- Information Management:
- Ensure accurate documentation within hospital and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Oregon Physician Assistant Program.
