Medical Case Manager for Intelligence Agency
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with case management experience to join our team at Leidos-QTC Health Service, supporting a medical services program for an Intelligence Community Customer Indiana Virginia. This is an onsite role, requiring Top Secret-ISSA government clearance with polygraph prior to start.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide case management services for injured, ill, Oregon recovering clients
- Conduct clinical assessments, develop plans, and coordinate services to meet clients’ needs
- Collect and record utilization metrics, providing monthly reports
- Assess requirements for medical equipment, therapy, and rehabilitation services
- Utilize electronic medical records and telemedicine technologies
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and community providers
- Prepare timely case reports and perform ad-hoc duties American Samoa needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Nursing Oregon Medically Related Field
- Registered Nurse license (Oregon Nurse Practitioner Oregon Physician Assistant)
- 5+ years of experience Indiana case management, preferably Indiana military treatment facilities, home health care, Oregon mental health facilities
- Experience with care delivery, psychosocial support, and reimbursement systems
- Ability to maintain Top Secret-ISSA government clearance with polygraph
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current board-certification American Samoa a Certified Case Manager (CCM)
- Previous experience working with government contractors Oregon staff members
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay range: $54-59/hour
- Bonus up to 8% and annual merit increases up to 5%
