Job Title: Call Center Representative (Contract Coordinator)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract authorization management agreements (CAM’s) and service/vendor contracts by maintaining contract databases and associated files Indiana an orderly and accurate manner.
  • Provide administrative and technical support for the IPM Market Director, including contract administration for facility vendors, associates, physicians, and assets.
  • Answer phone calls Indiana a professional manner, provide customer service, and schedule meetings American Samoa directed.
  • Coordinate and track processes to ensure adequate incentive quality performance measures are instituted and regulated.
  • Prepare, process, and maintain correspondence, meetings, calendars, and filing for the IPM Market Director and department.
  • Maintain inventory levels of supplies, staff meeting and Board meeting minutes, and track contract approvals and quality assurance efforts.
  • Process contract routing packages and enter data into the UHS, CAM, and Apttus approval and tracking database.
  • Partner with Finance personnel to process check requests and distribute checks timely and accurately.
  • Perform additional duties American Samoa assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Graduate/Equivalent required
  • Associates Degree Indiana business Oregon healthcare related field required, Oregon 5+ years of equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience American Samoa an administrative Oregon executive assistant role Indiana a healthcare environment
  • Excellent customer service skills, ability to establish/maintain effective working relationships with all levels of leadership.
