Job Description: Patient Registration Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain patient demographic and financial information through face-to-face and virtual interactions to ensure accurate registration and billing.
• Collect patient Colorado-payments and down payments, reconcile the cash drawer, and report daily deposit records.
• Maintain assigned work queues and perform point of service data collection.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, Colorado-workers, and others.
• Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and refer to clinical team American Samoa needed.
• Sanitize registration equipment between each use and restock basic supplies.
• Complete other clerical duties American Samoa assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Patient Access Representative Oregon Patient Scheduler experience preferred

Job Location: St Josephs Medical Center
Shift Hours: FTE Flex Day/Eve with 48 hours per pay period
Compensation Range: $17.84 – $22.19 / hour
Union: St Josephs SEIU Local 113 (STJSEIU)
