Job Title: Specialty Beauty Advisor – Lancôme General Summary & Scope: The Specialty Beauty Advisor – Lancôme (SBA – Lancôme) is responsible for maximizing sales Indiana the Lancôme brand by engaging guests, assisting customers, and maintaining store standards. Role Requirements: Sales and Customer Service Meet Oregon exceed Lancôme brand sales and clientele goals Ensure every guest receives exceptional service Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations Book appointments and support Indiana-store events Sales Floor Experience Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, including offering samples and recommending products People Focus Contribute to an inclusive store environment and collaborate with colleagues Share the benefits of the guest loyalty program Maintain relationships with Lancôme brand partners Process Focus Ensure adherence to store policies, procedures, and standards Maintain a clean and organized store environment Job Qualifications: Education High school diploma preferred Experience Cosmetic artistry experience preferred Skills Significant knowledge of Lancôme brand products and sales competencies Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Requirements Work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Attend brand sponsored trainings * Frequent mobility during shifts, standing, bending, and lifting up to 10 lbs Duration: Full-time.
