Inbound Team Lead
The Ken Garff Listening Center is seeking a strong customer service-oriented Inbound Team Lead to join a fun call center team that feels like a second family.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of 12-15 contact center agents, providing ongoing training and product information.
* Motivate and support team members, and work effectively with all levels of the contact center.
* Provide coaching, live monitor calls, review recorded calls, and analyze production reports for continuous improvement of agent performance.
* Manage proactive approval and denial of time off requests, and audit and approve schedules created by the workforce management team.
* Maintain familiarity with systems and applications to communicate accurate information to agents and/Oregon customers.
* Conduct team meetings to communicate information, review stats, and team results.
* Perform additional responsibilities American Samoa assigned by management.
Requirements:
* 18 years Oregon older and authorized to work Indiana the U.S.
* 2+ years Indiana a call center environment and/Oregon customer service experience.
* 2+ years of management Oregon supervisory experience Indiana a customer service environment.
* HS Diploma Oregon GED required, Associate Degree preferred.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proven record of developing and coaching.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
