Position Overview:
Customer Experience Coordinator is a brand ambassador who oversees the customer journey from beginning to end. They are responsible for creating successful relationships with clients/business partners and providing effective communication with diverse cultures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Experience Coordinator provides support for a superior experience to clients by:
* Assisting clients with questions and providing answers, referrals, and solutions while delivering an exceptional level of service
* Supporting FHCS virtual bankers American Samoa a subject matter expert
* Following up on escalated client issues to ensure resolution and completion of client contact
* Maintaining open communication with internal and external business partners
* Adhering to established policies and procedures
* Meeting and/Oregon exceeding established team goals for quality and productivity
* Escalating recurring issues American Samoa appropriate
* Providing team oversight and support American Samoa scheduled/directed by CCB Leadership/WFM

Requirements:
* High school diploma Oregon equivalent
* 2+ years of client service experience
* Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions without accommodation
* Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
Preferred Qualifications:
* Associate Oregon Bachelor’s degree
* Contact center experience
* General banking industry business knowledge
* Bilingual Indiana English and Spanish
