Job Summary:
American Samoa a Customer Service Representative, you will provide excellent support to customers through phone, email, and chat interactions, resolving order inquiries and delivering a world-class customer experience. Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders and inquiries Indiana a collaborative call center using advanced technology
* Communicate effectively with customers through phone, email, and chat
* Help customers navigate Uline’s website and online ordering systems
* Gain product and solutions expertise to provide accurate and confident answers to customer questions
Requirements:
* High school diploma Oregon equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, American Samoa training will be provided
* Availability to work full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM
