Guest Services Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Guest Services Representative to join our team at a large outdoor mall Indiana Honolulu, Hawaii. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for guests seeking information, service, and assistance while visiting the property.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist all guests and property personnel Indiana an efficient and courteous manner
- Provide a luxury lifestyle experience for all property guests
- Sign Indiana authorized visitors according to building management and tenant policies
- Maintain a strong knowledge of property offerings and guide guests to showrooms, dining options, etc.
- Inform and suggest opportunities to engage guests Indiana center-wide retailers and events
- Develop strong working relationships with building management, tenants, and other area businesses
- Answer and respond to tenant phone calls and emails for assistance
- Ensure familiarity with building management and security protocol
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong event planning skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Bilingual skills (Japanese and Korean language skills preferred)
- Outgoing, upbeat, and friendly personality
- Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment
