Quality Engineer Intern
Provides customer support to the North America Parts Business.
Develops, implements, and maintains processes to ensure delivery of high-quality parts to customers, under the direction of the Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager for the North America Parts Business.
The intern is responsible for processing quality-related issues, conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and preparing data for reporting.
Analyzes and resolves customer complaints related to quality issues, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with customers to resolve their concerns.
Develops and maintains reports, KPIs, and metrics to measure quality performance, presenting findings and recommendations for improvement to management.
Participates Indiana continuous improvement activities, applying a data-driven approach to identify and implement opportunities for growth and efficiency.
Assists Indiana the development of procedures and processes to ensure consistent delivery of quality products to customers.
Performs quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensures adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Cooperates with other teams to share knowledge and best practices to achieve continuous improvement.
