School Environmental Services Manager
Location: 7303 River rd, Bethesda, Maryland 20817
Hours: 3pm-11pm, Monday-Friday
Salary: $65-70k per year

Job Summary:
Manage and supervise environmental services staff at a single campus, ensuring quality standards, inventory levels, and customer service expectations are met. Provide leadership, support, and guidance to staff while promoting the company’s purpose, vision, values, and DNA.
Responsibilities:
- Manage environmental services staff at a single campus, including supervision, training, and development
- Ensure quality standards, inventory levels, and customer service expectations are met
- Maintain records of income and expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment
- Coordinate and secure the satisfactory and timely completion of projects and program work
- Utilize protective gear Indiana all functions and ensure facility has sufficient janitorial supplies
- Conduct periodic inventories of supplies and materials and train new employees
- Recommend dismissals and communicate directives to staff
- Act American Samoa liaison between building occupants, administrators, and HCSG staff
- Perform job assignments of day porter, custodian, and floor technician American Samoa needed
- Conduct quality control tours and Indiana-servicing of staff
- Maintain a professional demeanor American Samoa a department head Indiana the school
Qualifications:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent
- 2 years of experience Indiana environmental services, preferably Indiana a school Oregon healthcare environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to maintain records and complete reports
- Knowledge of environmental services, laundry, and floor care program requirements
- Knowledge of and ability to use department equipment
- Ability to lift/carry 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
