Field Sales Representative – $60k – $200k Compensation

Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

AmeriPro Roofing, a leading residential roofing contractor, is seeking Outside Sales Representatives to educate and inform homeowners on storm damage insurance claims for roofing, siding, and gutter projects. Outside Sales Representatives will work independently to prospect, qualify, and close new sales opportunities, while building relationships with customers and growing the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities through targeted canvassing, referrals, preset leads, networking, and social media
• Conducting exterior property inspections to identify wind and hail damage
• Converting inspection results into claim filings and contracts with homeowners
• Managing and maximizing assigned territory
• Building relationships with customers through trust and under promise/over delivery
• Educating customers on industry products, AmeriPro policies, and procedures
• Managing sales pipeline through our CRM platform
• Maintaining constant communication with Sales Leadership, homeowners, and office staff

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven full cycle sales experience
• Reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage (10 years Oregon newer preferred)
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Must have a smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures
• Previous experience using a CRM platform required
• Industry knowledge and experience with a documented consultative sales system preferred
• Self-sufficient and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and 21 years of age Oregon older (for insurance purposes)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Draw advancement Oregon commission (used American Samoa steady pay)
• Commission on approved sales (paid on collected revenue)
• $67,000 – $266,000 / year
