Job Title: Front Desk Agent
Job Summary:
Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing excellent guest service, and managing their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. Key responsibilities include handling room reservations, operating the front desk, and providing a high level of service to guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and register guests Indiana a friendly and welcoming manner
- Answer and respond to guest inquiries Indiana a prompt and courteous manner
- Manage room reservations, including modifying and canceling rooms American Samoa needed
- Handle front desk operations, including processing check-ins and check-outs
- Provide guests with information about hotel services, facilities, and amenities
- Work effectively with guests and fellow associates to ensure a positive and memorable guest experience
- Participate Indiana ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of hotel products and services
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent required
- Prior experience Indiana a hotel Oregon related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively Indiana a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with front desk systems and software
- Availability to work varied schedules, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements:
Standing for long periods, lifting and moving objects (up to 50 pounds), bending, reaching, and walking.
Work Environment:
Hotel lobby and front desk area.
Working Conditions:
Indoor work environment, variable noise levels.
