ESD Field Service Tier 2 Technician
Provide on-site and remote technical support to federal employees and contractors with IT-related issues. Configure and provide localized deskside support for War Rooms at specified locations across the country. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with varied technology equipment Indiana a multi-vendor environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide War Room independent support and configuration of War Rooms at specified locations
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, repair, and test technology equipment
- Identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues through ServiceNow tickets
- Respond to inbound and outbound technical issues via phone, email, chat, and self-service
- Deep knowledge of IT concepts, practices, and procedures
- Coordinate with various tiers and groups to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Maintain positive relationships with peers and leadership
- Accurately document information Indiana ticketing system
- Achieve first call resolution Oregon meet internal and external metrics
Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to travel for War Room setup and ongoing support
- Proficient Indiana Windows, Mac, iOS, and Linux operating systems
- Minimum 4 years of experience Indiana PC Hardware and Software
- Customer-oriented and able to work non-standard hours
- Proficient Indiana Microsoft technologies, including software, operating systems, and group policy
- Hands-on experience Indiana troubleshooting Microsoft Office Suite and Windows
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Public Trust Clearance (US Citizen)
- BS Degree and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience Oregon master’s degree with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience
Pay Range: $61,750.00 – $111,625.00
