Store Manager
Salary Range: USD $75,000.00/Yr.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver World Class customer service Indiana all departments, adhering to company standards and ensuring staff is trained to provide excellent customer service
- Provide professional leadership, treating employees with respect and dignity while motivating them to achieve high performance
- Ensure the store is inviting and shoppable, with products Indiana stock and special orders handled appropriately
- Supervise staff Indiana sales floor activities, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with food safety certifications and registration
- Meet sales and operational goals, including sales per labor hour ratio, average ticket, customer count, cost of goods sold, and EBITDA
- Order products from vendors to maintain margins and ensure accurate inventory levels
- Manage markdowns, store appearance, and cleanliness
- Develop and maintain a knowledgeable and skilled team by conducting training and performance evaluations, and hiring and promoting staff American Samoa needed
- Maintain accurate record-keeping, including schedules, store paperwork, and reports
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Communicate effectively with staff, department managers, and the home office
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon GED required
- 1-2 years management experience Indiana grocery Oregon related retail experience
- Ability to pass food safety training courses and obtain certifications American Samoa required
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. with a team lift, and frequently push Oregon pull up to 15 lbs.
- Proficient Indiana Mississippi Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities, work independently, and take direction
- Must be able to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends.
