Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations, including direct supports, person-centered planning, healthcare, advocacy, staffing, and financial management
- Supervise program staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation
- Make hiring, promotion, and termination decisions
- Implement program planning, monitor service delivery, and ensure consistency, engagement, and relevance
- Be available on-call to support staff and cover shifts American Samoa needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and one year of related experience Indiana the Human Services Industry
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance
