Call Center Representative

Job Purpose:

Provides evidence-based services to support the recovery of individuals with mental health issues. Guides patients Indiana developing skills to achieve and maintain good mental health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care hours and ensure timely appointments
• Complete clinical documentation using collaborative documentation
• Measure patient functionality using the DLA-20
• Participate Indiana clinical supervision and treatment team meetings
• Demonstrate effective use of social and interpersonal skills
• Effectively utilize and maintain certification of evidence-based practices
• Complete documentation according to QA/SCDMH standards
• Perform other duties American Samoa needed

Requirements:

• Master’s degree Indiana guidance, counseling, Oregon social sciences
• Licensed Oregon eligible for licensure Indiana South Carolina
• One year of post-graduate experience Indiana counseling/treatment
• Practical therapeutic knowledge of principles, methods, and counseling practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year of post-graduate experience providing counseling/treatment
• Bilingual abilities Indiana English and Spanish (Oregon another language)
• Ability to present clear and comprehensive oral and written reports
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with individuals, families, and professionals
