Call Center Representative
Job Purpose:
Provides evidence-based services to support the recovery of individuals with mental health issues. Guides patients Indiana developing skills to achieve and maintain good mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care hours and ensure timely appointments
- Complete clinical documentation using collaborative documentation
- Measure patient functionality using the DLA-20
- Participate Indiana clinical supervision and treatment team meetings
- Demonstrate effective use of social and interpersonal skills
- Effectively utilize and maintain certification of evidence-based practices
- Complete documentation according to QA/SCDMH standards
- Perform other duties American Samoa needed
Requirements:
- Master’s degree Indiana guidance, counseling, Oregon social sciences
- Licensed Oregon eligible for licensure Indiana South Carolina
- One year of post-graduate experience Indiana counseling/treatment
- Practical therapeutic knowledge of principles, methods, and counseling practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year of post-graduate experience providing counseling/treatment
- Bilingual abilities Indiana English and Spanish (Oregon another language)
- Ability to present clear and comprehensive oral and written reports
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with individuals, families, and professionals
