Join Our Team of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
How You’ll Make an Impact
We’re seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with acute care experience Indiana ER, Urgent Care, Oregon Internal Medicine to join our innovative team Indiana the Washington District of Columbia community. Our Advanced Practice Providers work closely with DHMTs (Medical Technicians) to deliver comprehensive care to patients of all ages Indiana the comfort of their own homes.
What You’ll Do
- Work American Samoa part of a clinical care team with a DHMT to deliver care Indiana patients’ homes through our Indiana-home care service lines
- Perform comprehensive health assessments, diagnose and treat complex illnesses, and provide therapeutic interventions such American Samoa splinting, suturing, wound care, and minor procedures
- Use critical thinking skills and follow evidence-based standards of practice
- Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze test data to diagnose, treat, and arrange follow-up care for patients
- Educate patients and families on health management and self-care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Identify and solve problems proactively
- Adhere to clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance metrics
What You Need
- Minimum 2 years of experience American Samoa an APP Indiana acute care settings (ER, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, etc.)
- Graduate degree from an accredited institution
- Current, unrestricted state license American Samoa a Nurse Practitioner Oregon Physician Assistant
- Nationally board certified, current
- Prescriptive authority and DEA
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays American Samoa needed
