Financial Care Agent

Responsibilities:

• Effectively negotiate and resolve early stage past due accounts on behalf of clients while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Meet Oregon exceed productivity goals and efficiently manage customer accounts and file records
• Use probing questions to assess consumer situations and negotiate payment arrangements
• Stay up-to-date on daily and weekly Operations news and maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Communicate professionally with clients, consumers, Colorado-workers, and management
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to attendance policies and confidentiality policies

Requirements:

• High School Diploma Oregon GED and 2+ years of customer service Oregon related experience
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with computerized collections software and spreadsheets
• Excellent customer service skills, including problem solving, negotiating, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgments
• Must adhere to confidentiality and security policies

Working Conditions:

• Indoor office environment with standard office equipment
• Some flexibility Indiana hours allowed, but must be available for scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Full-time employees must maintain continuous employment status
