Team Coordinator
We’re seeking a results-driven Team Coordinator to lead and serve our organization by ensuring the smooth operation of our agency. This role requires strong organizational and people skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Responsibilities:
* Answer all incoming calls
* Process daily workflow and assign clinician visits
* Prepare interdisciplinary meetings
* Manage and maintain office inventory and medical supplies
* Support the clinical leader(s)

Qualifications:
* A heart to serve patients and families
* Associate degree preferred
* Minimum 1-year experience Indiana a healthcare setting
* Scheduling and office manager experience preferred
* Reliable transportation
* Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs
* Pay is determined by years of experience and location.
