Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a diligent Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the safety, reliability, and performance of our aerospace systems. Your responsibilities will include developing quality control processes, inspecting and testing materials and processes, troubleshooting and resolving quality issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for our aerospace systems.
Inspect and test materials, equipment, and production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Analyze and resolve quality issues, non-conformities, and defects Indiana aerospace components Oregon systems.
Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and documentation requirements.
Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality requirements, conduct supplier audits, and monitor supplier performance.
Assess and mitigate risks related to design changes, manufacturing processes, and materials.
Drive continuous improvement efforts by participating Indiana quality improvement projects and contributing to a culture of improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree Indiana Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Oregon a related field.
Strong understanding of quality control and familiarity with industry standards.
Practical experience Indiana quality assurance is highly valued.
