Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator
Location: Full-time position, Monday – Friday, with on-call rotation and holiday rotation.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate the placement of services between clients and paraprofessional staff. The ideal candidate will maintain and document communication with paraprofessionals, process intake information, and manage administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate staffing matters, client matching, quality service, and complete care according to authorizations and regulations.
* Locate new and relief staff for assignments American Samoa needed to fill staffing vacancies.
* Assist with and review timesheets daily for billing and payroll purposes.
* Monitor staff use of Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and conduct quality control calls/visits.
* Assist with employee evaluation and ensure compliance with company standards.
* Review referrals and secure approval to assess new client referrals.
* Track authorized hours for clients to ensure compliance with billable hours.
* Disperse Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) American Samoa needed to ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines.
* Investigate employee incidents, document, and take progressive disciplinary action.
* Record complaints and incidents, communicate to the Branch Manager.

* Track clients without assigned caregivers and accept referrals to the assigned office.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma Oregon equivalent.
