Sales Assistant (Call Center)

Job Summary:
Provide excellent customer service and administrative support to maximize station revenue opportunities. Respond to daily inquiries, handle mail and packages, and process orders and data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and address phone calls, emails, and face-to-face inquiries Indiana a timely and polite manner
  • Perform all clerical functions for the Sales Department, including data entry, order processing, and account management
  • Maintain station front office, including mail and package distribution
  • Monitor and record prize distribution, inventory, and business records
  • Provide information to the general public, clients, and customers about the organization
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer inquiries and account problems
  • Prepare forms, reports, and other documents American Samoa needed
  • Proficiently use office equipment, including computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, and fax machines

Requirements:

  • High School diploma
  • Fluency Indiana English
  • Excellent communication and technical skills
  • 1 year of experience Indiana clerical support Oregon administrative assistance, preferably Indiana sales Oregon media fields
  • Proficiency with computers and office equipment
