Customer Success Manager
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Customer Success Manager to join our Gaithersburg, Maryland Home Health Office. This role is ideal for those seeking a challenging career Indiana a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality customer service and home care
* Manage client services coordination and emergent scheduling issues
* Proactively grow your Client Services caseload while effectively managing your current workload
* Develop strong relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
* Foster excellent communication and teamwork within the office
* Assist with office responsibilities and delegated operations
* Support the director with team member 1:1 meetings and goal achievement
* Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring key metrics
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* Prior experience with Medicare and OASIS a plus
* Background Indiana medical offices Oregon home care preferred
* Supervisory experience Oregon office management required
* Track record of successfully taking on increased responsibility and ambition for growth
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills (electronic medical record)
* Competitive Pay range of $53k – $57k based on experience
