Job Summary:
Working American Samoa the Chef Manager Senior, you will be responsible for overseeing back and front of the house operations for the food service departments. Key responsibilities include maintaining a quality culinary program, process financial reporting, and managing staff including hiring, training, and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains quality culinary program
- Processes financial reporting
- Manages inventory, purchasing, and labor costs
- Ensures sanitation standards are met
- Leads staff development and training
- Manages team of employees
- Maintains active role Indiana managing department
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree Indiana Culinary Arts
- 5+ years of progressive culinary management experience
- Self-starter, innovative, and ability to multitask
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient Indiana Microsoft Office and POS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 40 lbs
