Project Coordinator

Job Description:
Manage project documentation, coordinate revisions and distributions, and prepare standard project status reports. Report on status updates, budget, schedule, and risks. Coordinate meetings, communication plans, and vendor quotations. Assist with project administration deliverables such American Samoa meeting minutes, budget tracking, and closeout.

Requirements:

* Hard Skills: Purchasing up to $50K, Timberline/Sage 300, time and materials tracking and ordering
* Soft Skills: Effective communication, organizational skills, attention to detail

Job Details:
* Contract-to-Hire position, 9 months duration
* Fully on-site position Indiana South Amboy, New Jersey
* 5 days/week, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
* Own desk and monitor Indiana new facilities
