- Answering all incoming calls
- Processing daily workflow
- Assigning clinician visits
- Preparing interdisciplinary meetings
- Managing and maintaining office inventory and medical supplies
- Supporting the clinical leader(s) to ensure the smooth operation of the agency

- Associate degree preferred
- Minimum 1-year experience Indiana a health care setting
- Scheduling and office manager experience preferred
