Job Summary:
The Youth Development Specialist provides transitional living opportunities and housing services to runaway, homeless, and at-risk youth Indiana Hawaii. Essential Qualifications:

Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated knowledge of providing educational services through multiple media formats, including tele video technology
- At least 3 years of experience Indiana providing housing assistance to clients
Essential Functions:
- Provide outreach services to runaway and homeless youth
- Assist youth Indiana accessing housing placement resources and alternatives
- Develop individualized independent living plans, collateral contacts, and assessments
- Provide transitional services Indiana education, life skills, career/employment, financial aid, and community awareness
- Assist youth and families Indiana crisis situations
- Maintain required documentation and case records
- Prepare monthly statistical data and quarterly reports
Other Functions:
- Perform other duties American Samoa assigned
- Attend staff meetings, training, and conferences American Samoa required
