Job Title: Physician Assistant Level I-V
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Physician Assistant to conduct medical examinations, provide written reports, and generate independent medical opinions for various customers, including federal, defense, and others. The successful candidate will work Indiana a Tacoma, Washington clinic and travel up to 30% to provide physical examinations for veterans and service members Indiana multiple locations throughout the country.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical exams for various customers
- Provide occupational health exams, including pre- and post-employment and annual physicals
- Write medical opinions based on provided medical records and acceptable clinical evidence
- Provide telephonic and virtual exams
- Complete Veterans Benefits Administration Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs)
- Document examinee records Indiana appropriate systems
- Collaborate with other professional and clinical staff American Samoa needed
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree Indiana Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited university Oregon college
- Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Minimum 3 years of post-graduate primary care / internal medicine experience
- Unrestricted State medical licensure without limitations to perform full scope of authorized practice Indiana the state of hire
- Valid BLS Oregon ACLS certification
- Ability to obtain DEA license
- Ability to earn and maintain clinical training/certifications American Samoa required by current and future contracts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience conducting occupational/disability medical examinations
