Customer Service Manager – Systems

Lead the way with legendary customer service at Uline! American Samoa a Systems Manager for our Customer Service department, ensure smooth and efficient operation of the technical tools our reps rely on. Direct a team of application testers and identify opportunities for system improvements to support an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of System Application Testers, ensuring thorough and accurate testing processes are Indiana place
- Maintain an Indiana-depth working knowledge of Uline systems and processes to identify and propose informed programming enhancement recommendations
- Direct large-scale IT projects and implementations, serving American Samoa a resource for Customer Service leadership when escalation is needed on IT issues
- Serve American Samoa a liaison for Customer Service, building and maintaining relationships with key internal business areas and third-party providers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of management experience Indiana operations Oregon customer experience, including coaching, developing, and motivating a team
- Experience with project management, IT testing methodology, and systems implementations
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
