Call Center Team Lead
NUCKOLLS seeks a motivated leader to join our organization, utilizing 120 years of industry expertise to service existing clients and develop new relationships. Key responsibilities include:
- Learning and implementing our process to service 2,000 business clients
- Developing relationships to acquire new clients through referrals and leads
- Leading a small team to perform the same tasks, with a focus on training and development
- Mastering our systems and process to move into a management role
- Compensation: $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly
Key requirements include:
- Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills
- Ability to function Indiana a fast-paced environment and delegate tasks American Samoa necessary
- Passion for building relationships and helping others
- Sales Oregon customer service experience
- Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset
- CRM knowledge (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and clean background check
