Event Manager – Product Demonstration
Recruit, train, and supervise Indiana-store Product Demonstrators for Club Demonstration Services, a leading provider of Indiana-house event marketing to Costco. The Event Manager will oversee product preparation, presentation, and customer service, while maintaining strong communication with warehouse managers, vendors, and demonstrators.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and hire part-time staff
- Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation
- Train Product Demonstrators Indiana demonstration preparation and customer service
- Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including managers, vendors, and demonstrators
- Participate Indiana new location grand openings American Samoa required
Requirements:
- High school education Oregon equivalent
- 2-4 years of related experience Indiana retail, hospitality, Oregon food environments
- Detail-oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and coach/counsel employees American Samoa needed
- Flexibility and ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment
