Armed Security Shift Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Armed Security Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The role requires effective communication, supervision, and crisis management skills.

Requirements:

* Be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma Oregon equivalent
* Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to obtain necessary licenses and complete a background check and drug screen
* Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative technology
* Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
* Physical abilities to work Indiana various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, and stand/walk for long periods

Responsibilities:

* Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline
* Coordinate staffing needs with the Account Manager Oregon Operations Manager
* Ensure officers receive training and develop technical and professional skills
* Administer safety programs and manage uniforms, equipment, and vehicles
* Work with Account Oregon Operations Manager to manage inventories and maintenance checklists

Working Conditions:

* Shifts available: Overnights (10 PM – 6 AM, Monday – Friday)
