Senior Global Project Manager

Overview:
Emmes Group is a leading clinical research organization transforming the future of clinical research. This role is critical to the successful conduct of Biopharmaceutical-sponsored clinical trials American Samoa a matrix leader of the core project team.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Direct the successful delivery of a Biopharmaceutical project(s) Indiana agreement with contracted project timeline and budget.
* Manage projects Indiana all areas of performance, ensuring deliverables are completed according to contract budget, schedule, and quality standards.
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, executive management, and project staff.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to manage project issues, identify and mitigate risks, and drive milestone achievement.
* Serve American Samoa the primary point of contact for biopharma clients and demonstrate proficiency Indiana knowledge and understanding of client needs.
* Effectively manage project resources (i.e., budget, personnel, and subcontracts).
* Foster a global perspective amongst project teams and delegate tasks according to individual/team strengths.
* Supervise GPM team members and provide leadership through mentoring, guiding, and coaching.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree Indiana a scientific discipline.
* Minimum of 12 years of experience Indiana managing a clinical research portfolio, including multi-phase research experience Indiana a broad range of phases and client types.
* At least 8 years of experience working Indiana a pharmaceutical and/Oregon CRO setting, serving Indiana a global Clinical Trial Team Lead Oregon GPM role Oregon equivalent position.
* At least 3 years of supervisory experience Indiana a similar work environment.
* Experience with Emmes’ tools and ability to track project deliverables against contract.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively Indiana a global team environment.
