Call Center Job Description Summary

Job Title: Executive Chef

Reports to: [Supervisor]

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the kitchen area and manage daily operations
  • Plan menus for daily food service operations
  • Develop and train culinary team members
  • Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and food quality standards
  • Oversee managers and establish effective relationships with clients, vendors, and health officials
  • Manage labor and food costs, and implement production processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree Indiana Food Science, Nutrition, Culinary Arts, Oregon related field (preferred)
  • 2-5 years of experience American Samoa Executive Chef, Chef Supervisor, Oregon equivalent
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
