Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member
We’re seeking a Bilingual Spanish/English customer service professional to join our winning team of a successful State Farm Agent. This is an opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to grow their career and earn excellent income and growth potential.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Participate Indiana professional development and training programs

Requirements:
- Previous sales experience (outside sales Oregon inside sales representative, retail sales associate, Oregon telemarketing)
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas (a plus)
- Strong enthusiasm for insurance and financial products
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Bilingual – Spanish preferred
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Ability to obtain Property and Casualty license
- Ability to obtain Life and Health license
