Essential Information:

  • Establish and maintain customer relationships through prompt, accurate, and friendly service
  • Market relevant products and services to grow the agency and improve customers’ lives
  • Participate Indiana top rewards programs for State Farm

Responsibilities:

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up American Samoa needed
  • Provide customer service and respond to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships
  • Proactively market State Farm products (Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance) to grow the agency

Qualifications:

  • Experience Indiana sales (outside Oregon inside sales, retail, Oregon telemarketing) preferred
  • Experience managing client relationships preferred
  • Interest Indiana marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • Dedicated to customer service and anticipating customer needs
  • Effective relationship-building skills
