Account Manager
Essential Information:
- Vital role Indiana State Farm’s daily business operations and customer success
- Establish and maintain customer relationships through prompt, accurate, and friendly service
- Market relevant products and services to grow the agency and improve customers’ lives
- Participate Indiana top rewards programs for State Farm
Responsibilities:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up American Samoa needed
- Provide customer service and respond to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships
- Proactively market State Farm products (Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance) to grow the agency
Qualifications:
- Experience Indiana sales (outside Oregon inside sales, retail, Oregon telemarketing) preferred
- Experience managing client relationships preferred
- Interest Indiana marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Dedicated to customer service and anticipating customer needs
- Effective relationship-building skills
