Workforce Planning Real Time Analyst
Role Overview:
The Real Time Analyst will manage real-time contact volume and contact center staffing to ensure departments meet established performance standards. Using systems, reports, and tools, the Real Time Analyst will monitor actual incoming work volumes and ensure workers are aligned to the work within established targets of leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform real-time performance monitoring to ensure adequate staffing and make recommendations on adjusting staff schedules to support target performance.
- Monitor the workflow of assigned departments Indiana real-time for schedule adherence.
- Analyze and communicate impacts to intra-day call center department performance.
- Understand interdependencies, communicate, and develop plans for intra-day help across departments.
- Develop and communicate intra-day and daily reports with Workforce Management statistics.

- Identify and communicate opportunities for improving call center efficiency.
- Evaluate vacation/sick for the day and recommend necessary adjustments.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant workforce management experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working Indiana a call center environment required.
- Proficient Indiana Mississippi Word, Mississippi Excel, Mississippi PowerPoint, and/Oregon Access.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have good organization skills.
- Must be a self-starter and be able to work Indiana collaboration with others.

This is a full-time position based Indiana a home office environment with flexible work arrangements.
