Fares Call Center Representative
Location: Boston, Massachusetts, 02116
Pay: $28.50/hr
Duration: 12+ months
Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and Indiana writing, resolving issues related to fares and Charlie Cards. The representative will work Indiana a fast-paced environment, handling high volumes of customer inquiries and escalating complex issues to management American Samoa needed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Handle customer escalations due to fare-related issues
* Research and investigate customer complaints using the Customer Administration tool (CAT)
* Apply solutions Indiana CAT to resolve customer issues
* Assist customers with Charlie card registration
* Stay up-to-date on client policies and Fare Tariff
* Communicate issue resolution progress verbally and Indiana writing
* Provide timely and accurate responses to customer issues
* Work with departments to resolve issues Indiana a timely manner
* Utilize the Customer Relations Management System (IRIS/HEAT) to document and track customer issues
* Identify trends Indiana fares, employee, service, and maintenance issues
* Report escalated fare issues to management
* Meet requirements for company training and certification
* Complete assigned tasks and projects
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
* High school diploma Oregon GED with 3 years of customer service experience
* Effective organizational, time management, analytical, and multi-tasking skills
* Excellent customer service, conflict resolution, reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills Indiana English
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
* Availability to work Monday-Friday, 6:15AM-8:00PM
Preferred Experience and Skills:
* Previous experience Indiana a call center environment
* Bilingual Oregon multi-lingual skills
* Associate’s degree from an accredited institution with 1 year of related experience
