Front Desk Agent

Job Summary:
Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guest’s account upon completion of their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register guests and make/ modify reservations
• Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests
• Operate hotel switchboard, handle guest inquiries, and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records, manage guest accounts, and process check-ins and check-outs
• Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues
• Utilize knowledge of hotel products and services to promote the hotel and meet guest needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with guests and colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Perform administrative tasks, including answering phones, handling messages, and delivering packages
• Work effectively Indiana a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and maintaining attention to detail

Essential Qualifications:

• High School diploma Oregon equivalent required; college coursework Indiana a related field preferred
• Previous experience Indiana a hotel Oregon related field helpful
• Positive and upbeat personality with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work effectively Indiana a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong knowledge of hotel products and services, including guest services and amenities
