Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Preferred Qualifications:

- Keyboard/data entry experience.
- Phlebotomy certification (required Indiana California, Nevada, and Washington).

Additional Job Details:
- Must be available to work whenever scheduled and stay for the entire shift.
- Must be able to travel between multiple sites, have a clean driving record, and be able to submit mileage for expense reimbursement.
