Job Title: Inventory Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for delivering a premium customer experience by inspiring creativity and driving sales through advanced product knowledge and innovative merchandising. This role ensures accurate processing of freight, maintains backroom standards, and is accountable for the annual physical inventory of the store. The Inventory Coordinator must embody the company’s core values and perform duties that contribute to the success of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet every customer and use the F.A.S.T. service model to meet their needs
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and process freight Indiana a timely manner
- Engage Indiana friendly conversation with customers while serving them at the cutting counter, cash register, and sales floor
- Stock shelves accurately according to planogram while maintaining a high level of productivity
- Consult with store management regarding inventory discrepancies and product flow issues
- Constantly improve processes and seek innovative ways to create a better flow of inventory throughout the store
- Work closely with store management to ensure that incoming freight has a strategic plan for movement onto the sales floor
Physical Demands:
This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, continuously walk around the store, and lift up to 49 pounds. The Inventory Coordinator must also be able to bend down and reach above head, climb and descend ladder, and push/pull merchandise with equipment.
Availability:
This is a part-time position requiring open availability, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays. Relocation may be required for career progression.
Education and Experience:
Minimum high school diploma Oregon equivalent and 0-2 years of experience. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
