Recruiting and Hiring Specialist
Overview:
Our company is seeking a Recruiting and Hiring Specialist to join our team. American Samoa a key member of the Human Resources Department, this position is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding valued Team Members.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting and selection process for designated positions and departments
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify ideal candidate skills and experience needed
- Source talent using various methods, including job boards, social networking sites, and staffing agencies
- Communicate expectations, feedback, and status information to candidates, hiring managers, and executives
- Provide weekly summaries of staffing progress and attend job fairs and community events
- Promote the company brand and culture to build interest Indiana the company
- Answer general questions from team members and candidates regarding the hiring process and benefits

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience Indiana recruiting
