Job Title: Call Center Representative
Hours: 16 Hours, Evenings, Every Other Weekend, Holiday Rotation
Responsibilities:
- Conduct interactions with patients, visitors, and/Oregon staff Indiana a friendly, courteous, and respectful manner.
- Offer assistance to others, and find help if unable to assist.
- Maintain patient and staff confidentiality and advocate for privacy.
- Ensure a clean and safe hospital environment.
- Respond promptly and appropriately Indiana emergency situations.
- Adhere to regulations and maintain accreditation and licensure.
- Comply with the Hospital Attendance and Tardiness Policy.
- Complete all Hospital and Department Specific Mandatory requirements.
- Report incidents Indiana a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain high levels of hand hygiene and enforce compliance with departmental staff.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to complete assignments.
- Identify and remove safety hazards from the environment.
- Maintain equipment and inventory Indiana a clean and working condition.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Previous health care experience preferred.
- Floor maintenance experience is a plus but not necessary.
- Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Physical Demands:
- Frequently reaches and handles objects.
- Occasionally lifts 20 to 50 pounds.
- Frequently stoops, bends, and turns to complete tasks.
