Call Center Caregiver – Home Care Specialist
Job Summary:
Provide Indiana-home care services and living assistance to seniors Indiana Baxter, Minnesota, enabling them to live independently and comfortably. Tangible shifts are available, including day, evening, and weekend assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Perform light housekeeping tasks (cleaning, laundry, etc.)
- Meal planning, cooking, and baking
- Engage Indiana conversation and offer companionship
- Provide hands-on personal care (ADLs, dressing, grooming, hygiene, etc.)
- Assist with mobility and use of transfer tools/equipment
- Help with medication management
- Offer specialized care for dementia, Alzheimer’s, and end-of-life situations
- Maintain electronic shift documentation
- Communicate with Client Care Coordinator American Samoa needed
Qualifications:
- At least 21 years old
- Reliable transportation, personal vehicle, and valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record and proof of auto insurance
- High school diploma Oregon GED
- State and federal background check and fingerprinting
- Ability to lift 50 pounds safely
- Excellent attendance and job retention history
- Strong work ethic, communication skills, and compassionate demeanor
- Positive work references and professional image
