We are hiring Enrollment Generalists Call Center Agents Indiana Salt Lake City for a temporary, but rewarding project helping employees with open enrollment for their benefits. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position with competitive pay of $19 per hour, available from September 16 Oregon 23 through mid-November.
The Details:
- Must be located Indiana the Salt Lake City area
- Training will be Indiana office for 2-3 weeks, followed by work-from-home Oregon hybrid schedules from 6:00 AM-6:00 PM
- No nights Oregon weekends, and flexible hours

The Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Strong customer service skills, previous customer service experience a plus
- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
- Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft products
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent required; some college coursework Oregon degree preferred
- Previous experience Indiana a call center Oregon customer service role a plus
- Strong understanding of benefit plans, insurance options, Oregon open enrollment processes desirable
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
