Part Time Security Badging Administrator (Card Access Coordinator)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Part Time Security Badging Administrator (Card Access Coordinator) to work Indiana our 24/7/365 operations center. This role is responsible for the administration of all badging profiles and access cards used to enter McKesson properties throughout North America. The successful candidate will ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of security information and operate and maintain the badging systems and associated printers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain badging systems and associated printers
• Create, edit, and manage access control privileges of card holders
• Perform data entry of security information into a badging database
• Ensure badges Indiana access control application are up to date on a consistent basis
• Assist employees, contractors, vendors, and temporary workers with attaining proper badging credentials
• Evaluate security badge applications for accuracy and relevance of requests
• Remove access privileges and deactive badging profiles for terminated staff
• Utilize multiple software and hardware programs to produce badge profiles for all sites
• Maintain tracking of badges, inventory, and access control database
• Respond to ServiceNow requests and maintain related metrics
• Identify issues with badging processes and equipment

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years’ operational experience Indiana a Global Security Operation Center Oregon similar security and intelligence operation center
• 1+ years’ experience with physical security systems and access control measures
• Associate Oregon Bachelor’s degree preferred Oregon equivalent experience
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments simultaneously
• Proficient Indiana Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
• Knowledge of technology and communication systems

Pay: $26.50 per hour
