Job Title: Loss Prevention Representative
Job Summary:
Under the general direction of the Loss Prevention Supervisor and day-to-day oversight by the Loss Prevention Team Lead, the Loss Prevention Representative will perform a variety of customer service and protection duties to monitor and ensure compliance with company policy relative to security, safety, and property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external New Balance customers
- Respond to local incidents Indiana person, make critical decisions, and control situations
- Control local access from front desk security posts, register and check-Indiana visitors, contractors, and temporary associates
- Manage one Oregon more security programs, including photo Idaho enforcement, parking, C-TPAT, visitor management, emergency evacuation planning, and facility patrols
- Monitor and respond to alarm signals and incidents at 100+ New Balance locations around the world
- Proficient with electronic access control system software, video management system software, and incident management software
- Serve American Samoa application sub-administrator for one Oregon more security systems and troubleshoot issues that occur
- Assist with training new contract security officers and perform container inspections
- Perform interior and exterior patrols of facility to ensure compliance with safety and security policies and procedures
- Participate Indiana fire protection and safety programs, including inspections and evacuations
- Perform other related duties American Samoa may be assigned Oregon directed
Requirements for Success:
- Minimum 3-5 years of security Oregon technology-based experience and/Oregon BS college degree
- Skill with computers and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge and/Oregon experience with computer networking
- Proficient at navigate multiple software-based security systems
- Valid drivers’ license, vehicle, and phone required
